How can I participate in the Jio Celebration Rakhi Campaign?
- You need to click on the Celebrations Rakhi Campaign Banner on “Jio Engage” tab / icon within My Jio App.
- If you do not have the My Jio app installed on your phone, you will have to download it from the Android Play Store/ Apple Store, as applicable and data charges and expenses of the same will be borne by you. Jio mobile SIM customers (users) will be automatically logged into MyJio App.
- Non-Jio users will have to complete the registration through an OTP process. OTP is generated as soon as you submit your Mobile number. In case it is not received, please check the number you have entered and click the ‘Re-send’ button. However, this campaign is available only on Smartphone (Android / iOS); so this campaign is not available for Jio Phone users.
