Game 1-MYNTRA � MEMORY GAME and Game 2- GET, SET, CATCH Contest

  1. Contestants eligible to participate in the Contest in accordance to the eligibility criteria provided below and individuals participating in the Contest are hereinafter referred to as the Participants.
  2. A Participant can play one or both the games to accumulate the desired points to redeem the rewards.
  3. Points accumulated are not transferable.

GAME 1-MYNTRA-MEMORY GAME

      1. Myntra-Memory Game is a mobile application (App) only game, which shall take place on the app from 26th – 31st December, 2016. This game shall be active only between 1:00 PM, 26th December till 12:00 PM,31st December, 2016 (Offer Period).
      2. Participant has to follow the following steps to participate:
      3. Participant has to complete all levels (4 levels) within a specific time by pairing each tile at each level. Each level has different level of difficulty & time allocated to finish the level.
      4. At each level, player will get certain number of flipped off/upside down tiles. The player can click on two tiles consecutively to flip them up i.e. to reveal the image behind the tile. On clicking/tapping on the tile, it will flip-up & player will be able to see the image on the tile. Once, player taps/clicks on two tiles consecutively:-

– The tile-pair will get Flip off again, if the images behind both the tiles are not complementary or match
 

      – The tile-pair will remain open, if the images behind both the tiles are complimentary or match

 

      1. Each level has a set of complementary tiles or paired tiles, which needs to be matched by the player. In order to play each level, the player has to match all the tiles in the game in a pre-disclosed time period.
      2. If a player does not matches all the paired tiles or complimentary tiles, s/he can-

– Get extra 10 seconds to finish the game resuming from same state (i.e. same stage & same no. of open, closed tiles) by clicking on brand logo on Lose screen
 

      – Start to play the same stage by clicking on Play Again on Lose Screen.

 

      – A player losing a level will restart from the same level, however if the player logs out of the game screen then the game will start from the beginning.

 

  1. By clicking on a brand logo on lose screen, the player will FOLLOW the brand profile on Myntra-app, s/he has clicked upon.
  2. Every stage earns game players some points based on the accuracy and time taken

GAME 2- GET, SET, CATCH

      1. Get, Set, Catch is a mobile application (App) only game, which shall take place on the app from 29th – 31st December, 2016. This game shall be active only between 5:00 PM, 29th Dec 2016 till 12:00 PM, 31st December, 2016 (Offer Period).
      2. Participant has to follow the following steps to participate:
      3. Participant will have to complete all levels (9 levels) within a specific time by grabbing all the objects defined in the question in the time allocated to finish the level. (These levels check the brand knowledge, Eye for detail and eye for trends of players/participants playing the game)
      4. Objects will appear and disappear on the screen and the player/participant has to tap on the correct object to catch it as defined in that levels question. There are 3 distinct types of objects in each level of the game-

– Correct objects- Need to be grabbed in specified time limit to increase points
 

      – Incorrect objects- Will lead to point deduction , but the player/participant can still continue playing the game

 

      – Bombs- If a player/participant grabs a bomb ( object looks like a bomb) , his entire level crashes and he will have to restart the game

 

      1. Objects will appear and disappear on the screen and the player/participant has to tap on the correct object to catch it as defined in that levels question. There are 3 distinct types of objects in each level of the game-

– Correct objects- Need to be grabbed in specified time limit to increase points
 

      – Incorrect objects- Will lead to point deduction , but the player/participant can still continue playing the game

 

      – Bombs- If a player/participant grabs a bomb ( object looks like a bomb) , his entire level crashes and he will have to restart the game

– Get extra 10 seconds to finish the game resuming from same state (i.e. same stage & same no. of open, closed tiles) by clicking on brand logo on “Lose screen”
 

      – Start to play the same stage by clicking on “Play Again” on “Lose Screen”

 

      – A player losing a level will restart from the same level, however if the player logs out of the game screen then the game will start from the beginning.

 
Winner Selection :-

  1. be a logged-in user on Myntra;
  2. A player needs to clear all the levels as provided under each game to be a part of winner’s lucky draw pool.
  3. Share the participation of the Game on their Facebook/Twitter profiles
  4. Pre-defined number of winners will be selected for rewards via “Lucky draw” at Myntra. The right to select a winner is solely on Myntra’s discretion.
  5. All the prize-offers are sponsored by participating sellers at Myntra Platform.

        Total prize money for the games is a 6 part gratification-

      1. Part 1- 1500 points onwards – 60% instant discount on hotels on MakeMyTrip.com hotel bookings upto Rs. 1200. Coupons will be received on 10th Jan 2017.
      2. Part 2- 3500 points onwards – EORS VIP Pass for early access during EORS- Slot for EORS early access will open when the game player unlocks this reward level
      3. Part 3- 5000 points onwards-Player enters Lucky draw for getting gift vouchers worth Rs 500 from brands Mr. Button, Fila, Speedo. -Total prize money �gift vouchers of Rs. 500*1500 customers (INR 7.5 lakhs)
      4. Part 4- 7000 points onwards-Player enters Lucky draw for getting vouchers worth Rs 1500 from brands Nike, Vans, Adidas. Total prize money – gift vouchers of Rs 1500* 500 customers (7.5lakhs)
      5. Part 5 – 10000 points ,Total prize money- gift voucher worth Rs 3000 to 30 customers via lucky draw (Rs.90,000)
      6. Part 6-15000 points, Bumper prize of Rs 50,000 worth gift voucher, for each of the 2 winners via lucky draw (Rs.1,00,000)
      7. All lucky draw winners will be declared on 31st Jan 2017, unless an earlier date is provided for the particular gratification.
      8. The points cannot be exchanged for money at anytime.
      9. Myntra reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw this activity at any time without notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination or closure of the activity by Myntra, no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever.
      10. Myntra reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant/ customer that tampers or attempts to tamper with the activity or violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a disruptive manner.
      11. Myntra shall not be liable or responsible to the participant/ customer in for any indirect or consequential loss or damage for the same.
      12. Gift cards and vouchers can only be redeemed on Myntra Platform.
      13. One person is eligible to win only 1 prize in the lucky draw , but can play multiple times to increase his overall points and chances of winning in the lucky draw
      14. To be eligible to take part in the Contest, the Participants need to confirm to the following eligibility criteria:

– an Individual;
 

      – residing in India;

 

      – aged 18 years and above;
