How to Mi India BID TO WIN :-

1. Users get a chance to take their favorite Mi products home at their bid price when they make the lowest and unique bid.
2. Participation in Bid to Win is open to only those users of mi.com/in, mobile.mi.com (collectively, “Website”) and/or Mi Store India android app (“App”) who qualify as eligible Users under the Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
3. Participation of the Users is subject to the said Terms of Use of the Website and/or App.
4. Bid to Win will be live in four (4) time-slots of two (2) hours each on both, 20 July 2017 and 21 July 2017 as follows:
   1. July 20th, 2017
      1. 2:00 PM to 3:59 PM- Redmi 4A (2 GB+16 GB), VR Play, 10,000mAh Mi PowerBank 2

      4. 8:00 PM to 9:59 PM- Redmi 4 (2 GB + 16 GB), VR Play, Mi Router 3C.

5. In every time-slot, a User will have a chance to bid for all three (3) products displayed under the “Bid to Win” section on the Website and App.
6. The bid entered by a User cannot be a negative value or 0 (zero) and it also cannot be higher than the selling price of the individual product as displayed.
7. The User with the lowest and unique bid (lowest bid price for the product on offer which no other User has entered) (“Winner”) shall stand a chance to purchase the product on offer at his/ her bid price, exclusive of delivery charges (if applicable) subject to these terms and conditions.
8. Winners will be declared under the “Bid to Win” section on the Website and App within thirty (30) minutes of the closing of each time-slot.
9. Winners for each “Bid to Win” time-slot will receive a system generated notification in their respective Mi Accounts.
10. Please note: Winners are required to pay their bid price to successfully place the order. Example below:
    1. Rakesh entered his lowest and unique bid of ₹10.01 agaist Redmi 4A (MRP ₹5,999).
    2. Considering ₹10.01 was the lowest and unique bid against Redmi 4A, Rakesh was declared the winner and has won the product on his bid price of ₹10.01.
    3. A coupon of ₹5,999 – ₹10.01 = 5988.99 will be added to Rakesh’s Mi Account.
    4. For Rakesh to complete the purchase, he needs to use the coupon added into his Mi Account and pay an additional amount of ₹10.01 to successfully place the order.
    5. Delivery charges may apply.
11. Winners must complete the purchase within forty-eight (48) hours from the addition of the coupon of the remaining value (Selling Price – Winning Lowest Bid) to their respective Mi Accounts.
12. Mi.com reserves the right to disqualify a User’s bid and cancel an order in case any suspicious or fraudulent activities are detected.
13. General terms and conditions:
    1. Mi.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, amend, or modify any part of or entire “Bid to Win” at any time without any notice and Mi.com will have no liability in relation thereto.
    2. Mi.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any User who tampers or attempts to tamper with “Bid to Win” or acts in a disruptive manner.
    3. All Users who successfully purchase product(s) under this offer shall refrain from commercializing/ selling such product(s). Any irregularities found will lead to immediate disqualification and blacklisting of the User.
