The repair pricing in this chart applies only to screen damage. If you have any other damage to your iPhone, you’ll pay additional costs.

Issues caused by accidental damage aren’t covered under the Apple Limited Warranty. These prices apply only to repairs made by Apple. Other service providers may set their own prices. We’ll add a $6.95 shipping fee if your repair requires shipping and isn’t covered under warranty or AppleCare+. All fees are in USD and exclude local tax.
We’ll examine your iPhone before we confirm the repair price. Most screen repairs are caused by accidental damage, which isn’t covered under the Apple warranty.
If your screen cracks due to a manufacturing defect, it’s covered by the Apple warranty.
If you have AppleCare+, it includes two incidents of accidental damage coverage. Each incident has a service fee that you can apply towards screen repair. If you don’t have AppleCare+, your costs will vary.

Genuine Apple parts are critical to a quality repair. Visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to make sure you get your product back working the way it should. Using counterfeit and third-party parts can cause safety issues.

Send in for repair
Start online or give us a call. We’ll send a box right away to collect your iPhone. You can then arrange to ship it to an Apple Repair Center at your convenience. We’ll deliver your iPhone back to you in 3-5 business days. If you have AppleCare+, you can also use our Express Replacement Service.
Bring in for repair
Make an appointment at an Apple Store or one of our many Apple authorized service locations, we’ll try to fix your iPhone during your visit. In more complex cases, we might need to send it to an Apple Repair Center. If we do, your iPhone will be ready for pickup in 3-5 business days.
