Terms & Conditions

  • Big Bazaar Luggage loot event is run by the Company M/s. Future Retail Ltd (“FRL”).
  • Customer can pre-book the product by paying Rs.100 from 17th May (Thursday) 11:59 pm till 19th May (Friday) 11:59 pm.
  • The pre-book amount of Rs.100 will be given back to the customers in the form of a EGV.
  • Customer has to visit any Big Bazaar store & pick the product by making the balance payment in store during billing
  • One EGV will be valid for single bill and single mobile number only.
  • Customer can visit to avail the offer & product by 27th May 2018.
  • Pre-booked customers are advised to redeem the offer at the earliest to avoid disappointment.
  • E gift card is valid only on Luggage products only
  • E gift card is not valid on any other category
  • E gift card to be presented before billing.
  • Offer is applicable in a single bill.
  • This E gift card can be redeemed only once.
  • E gift card cannot be validated / used post the last date of redemption.
  • Two bills cannot be clubbed to avail for this offer.
  • No cash/credit note/GV/ other mode of payment shall be issued in exchange of the offer.
  • Customer redeeming this offer can avail Maximum 1 Offer in a Single Bills. (No Two e gift cards can be clubbed in the same bill).
  • Offer not applicable for partial or full bill payment done through credit note(s).
  • FRL has the sole right to withdraw / edit any aspect of the event at its sole discretion and / or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • An entrant to this campaign indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The stocks of announced product are limited and hence we don’t assure the availability of the product across all the Big Bazaar stores to all customers.
  • The decision of Company in respect of all matters towards the campaign will be final and no correspondence will be entertained into.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
